Whittlin’ Competitions Sign up by age category and take part in this festival tradition.
High Noon
Beat the World Record Attempt Held at the bandstand. We need more than 285 whittlers signed up for the attempt at the most whittlers whittling at the same time, in the same place. Wood is provided. Please bring your own pocket knife. Souvenir pocket knives will be available for purchase. For younger children not ready for sharp knives, butter knives and bar soap will be available.

Chainsaw Carving Exhibition Continues throughout the day. Carved items will be raffled off, and donations will go toward Leslie beautification and historic preservation projects.
